  • I purchased a deal, Where is my item?

    You need to redeem your deal code at the partnering merchant and they will ship out your product.
    If you redeemed the code but you're still waiting on your product you should contact customer service at the merchant to find out the status of your order.

  • I never received my code, how can I find it?

    If you checked your junk folder and it's not there,
    you can always log into your account to find it. Follow the directions below.

  • My code is not working, what do I do?

    If you received your code and are having trouble redeeming it, please read the fine print and redemption instructions in your coupon email or customer panel. (Some deals require extra time for code activation and or may have restrictions)

  • Can I return my CollegeBudget Deal?

    Read the deal FAQ for the basics.
